Thank you for shopping with UNCØDED. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from uncodedco.com.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

Because many of our items are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

  • Standard processing time: typically 3–7 business days

  • Peak seasons or sales: processing may take longer than usual

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it ships

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and order size/weight.

Typical estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States (Standard): 3 – 5 business days

These are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak seasons, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on destination and service selected.

The carrier and service used may vary by order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.

  • If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at orders@uncodedco.com.


6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

We reserve the right to update, restrict, or expand our shipping destinations at any time.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once it reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at orders@uncodedco.com with your order number and correct address.

  • We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Typos in the shipping information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our direct control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by you

  • Packages delayed by the carrier or customs

  • Packages lost in transit by the carrier

If your package appears lost or you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management (sometimes packages are left in alternate locations).

  2. Verify the shipping address used on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  4. If you still need help after contacting the carrier, reach out to us at support@uncodedco.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as unclaimed:

  • We may issue a refund for the product cost only, once the package is received back and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund where applicable.


11. Changes & Cancellations

Because many items are made to order and may enter production quickly:

  • Order changes or cancellations can only be considered if requested within 5 hours of placing your order.

  • After this window, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

To request a change or cancellation, email support@uncodedco.com with your order number as soon as possible.


12. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some limited drops, special releases, or made-to-order pieces may have longer processing times.

  • Any special timelines will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout.

  • Please review these details carefully before purchasing.

  • Ordering pre-order items together with in-stock items may delay the entire shipment if they are set to ship together.
